Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include market research, analysing market trends, and providing regular sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Effective market research and analysis skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• 8-10 Years of Experience in the real estate industry is a must

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
