About the Role:

General Manager – Sales/ Senior Sales Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for the Amrit Aarogyam housing project
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate between marketing and field sales efforts


Requirements:

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven team leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates based in or open to working in both Delhi and Haridwar are preferred


Compensation:

  • 💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month + Incentives
  • 🎯 Attractive incentives and performance-based rewards
  • 🚗 Own conveyance provided
