Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Haridwar, India. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about the company’s real estate projects, and answering queries. The role also includes documenting call information, maintaining customer databases, and following up on leads.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using calling software and managing customer databases
• Ability to handle outbound calls and provide detailed information about projects
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Experience: 0-2
• Must be a Graduate.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
