Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Caller to join our team at our Gurgaon office. In this on-site role, the Caller will engage with potential clients to provide information about property investment options and set up appointments with our consultants. Primary responsibilities include making outbound calls, generating leads, answering client inquiries, documenting client interactions, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Caller will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth and client relations.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a professional phone demeanor
Proficiency in generating leads, cold calling, and customer engagement
Basic understanding of sales processes and relationship management
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
Organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting client interactions and following up effectively
Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and provide solutions
Prior experience in a real estate or telesales role is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
