Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Caller role located in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for communicating with clients and customers to provide information, offer support, and address inquiries or concerns. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, resolving complaints or issues, and working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will also assist in collecting and updating customer information while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities to effectively engage with clients
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining accurate records
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints or complex inquiries
• Basic technical skills to operate communication tools and systems
• Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in multiple languages, including English, is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is advantageous
