Role Description


Business Development Executive


You will be responsible for finding and approaching potential clients, presenting our services in a clear and professional way, and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. Once a lead shows interest, you will work closely with the founders and vertical heads to take it forward and close the deal.

This role requires someone confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with entrepreneurs, consultants, corporate leaders, and businesses from different industries. You will also be expected to keep track of leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and contribute directly to revenue growth.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Strong background in new business development and lead generation
  • Proficiency in client relationship building, business growth, and account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at different levels
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in media, PR, digital marketing, travel, or events is an advantage
  • Graduate or Postgraduate, ideally with a focus in business, marketing, or communications
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with confidence in both written and verbal interactions
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls for outreach and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads and opportunities at once


Job Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate leads across PR, media, and travel verticals
  • Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations depending on client needs
  • Build strong client relationships and act as the first point of contact for inquiries
  • Work with founders and vertical heads to close high-value deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communication
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to management
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities
