Role Overview

Reidius Infra is seeking dedicated and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to contribute to business growth by identifying prospective clients, establishing professional relationships, generating qualified leads, and ensuring effective market representation. The role requires consistent field engagement, structured reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to local markets, residential societies, commercial areas, and developing zones to identify prospective clients planning construction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network by engaging with property dealers, brokers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other market associates.
  • Identify and target individual clients, investors, builders, and s requiring construction services.
  • Generate authentic leads through direct interaction, relationship building, and structured offline marketing activities.
  • Present the company profile and effectively communicate Reidius Infra’s service offerings to potential clients.
  • Maintain daily field visit records, prepare structured lead reports, and update the Sales/CRM team accordingly.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and coordinate meetings with senior management as required.
  • Represent the organisation professionally, ethically, and responsibly in the marketplace.

  • Candidates with qualifications in

    BBA / MBA (Marketing / Sales)

  • Fresh BBA/MBA Graduates

    aspiring to build a career in Sales and Business Development
  • Prior experience in:
  • Field Sales
  • Real Estate / Construction
  • Must possess

    a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
