Role Overview: As a Business Development Consultant at ICG Medical in Gurugram, your main responsibility will be to drive growth and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell temporary nursing contracts. You will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and increasing revenue by utilizing your expertise in business development and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the healthcare sector. Analyze the competitive landscape to determine unique selling points. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels for client acquisition. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities, understand their staffing needs, and present tailored recruitment solutions. - Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to pitch services, present proposals, and negotiate terms. - Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable agreements, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business development targets. - Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. - Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client needs and recruitment strategies. Share market insights and client feedback to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: - Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the recruitment/healthcare recruitment industry. - Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to nursing staffing and interim contracts. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. - Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients. - Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
