About the Role

Sales / Business Development Executive



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients across the country for HR consulting and manpower services.
  • Drive

    new client acquisition

    through outreach, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and decision-makers at various companies.
  • Present company offerings, service capabilities, and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Manage the complete

    Business Development cycle

    — from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to lead generation, empanelments, and revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track, manage, and report sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine BD strategies.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in HR Consulting, Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and understand client needs.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings across India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
