Role Description:

Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (WFO)

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves researching potential clients, reaching out through calls, understanding business requirements, giving product or service demonstrations, and converting qualified leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients based on company target markets
• Make outbound sales calls and follow-ups to generate interest
• Clearly explain company products and services to prospects
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct product/service demos in a professional manner
• Follow up regularly to move leads through the sales process
• Convert interested prospects into potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, and lead status

Compensation & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

• Incentives:
• ₹100 for every completed demo
• ₹1,000 for every successful lead conversion

Requirements:

• Very good spoken English and Hindi
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in calling, presenting, and handling queries
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Willingness to work from office (WFO)
