Job Title: Sales / Business Development Executive Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh Industry: HR Consultancy / Staffing / Talent Solutions About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, acquiring clients across India, and ensuring successful empanelment that contributes to consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and target potential clients across the country for HR consulting and manpower services. Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and decision-makers at various companies. Present company offerings, service capabilities, and value proposition to potential clients. Manage the complete Business Development cycle — from lead generation to closure and onboarding. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to lead generation, empanelments, and revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Track, manage, and report sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems. Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and networking forums. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine BD strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in HR Consulting, Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B services). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships and understand client needs. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings across India. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools. Preferred Attributes Experience in B2B service sales. Understanding of HR, recruitment, or staffing industry dynamics. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Excellent follow-up and closing skills.
