Project Architect

As a Project Architect at Reidius Infra Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing architectural projects in Jaipur. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from their initial stages to their successful completion. Your daily responsibilities will include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, collaborating with engineering teams, supervising construction activities, and ensuring that all projects adhere to LEED standards. Additionally, you will be required to manage submittals and utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a high level of proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Previous experience in Project Management and handling submittals will be beneficial. Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards is essential for this position. Strong organizational and time management skills are required to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are also crucial in this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field. Any relevant certification or licensure in Architecture would be considered a valuable asset.
