Project Architect

Role Overview: You will be a Project Architect at Diggvijay Architects LLP, taking ownership of projects from creative concepts to on-site execution. Your role will involve working across design stages, solving real-world challenges, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare 2D drawings using ZWCAD and 3D models using SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape - Develop engaging design presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and Photoshop - Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and site contractors - Track site progress, manage material deliveries, and resolve issues - Document site meetings and communicate updates to clients - Mentor junior architects and interns - Stay updated with trends and integrate design innovations - Support AI and tech integration into design workflows - Ensure regulatory compliance and design quality standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (B.Arch) in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution - 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design - Strong design and technical skills - Proficiency in ZWCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape - Excellent communication and time management skills - A proactive, collaborative attitude - Interest in sustainable design and AI tools is a plus Company Details: Diggvijay Architects LLP is a boutique design practice founded in 2016, specializing in sustainable architecture and interior design.
