Business Development Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and build client relationships for our architecture and interior design firm. You will generate leads, present services, coordinate with the Principal Architect, and close deals. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and has 2–3 years of business development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and online platforms
• Present company services and portfolio to potential clients
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the Principal Architect
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Represent the firm at exhibitions, events, and networking meets
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi (spoken & written)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• Experience in lead generation and client relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of architecture & interior design terminology
• Understanding of sales processes and market segments
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in business development or sales (preferably in architecture, interior design, or real estate)
