Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can represent Mavilach Group as the first point of contact for new clients. This role is about more than just sales. It’s about opening doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities across all our verticals. You will be responsible for finding and approaching potential clients, presenting our services in a clear and professional way, and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. Once a lead shows interest, you will work closely with the founders and vertical heads to take it forward and close the deal. This role requires someone confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with entrepreneurs, consultants, corporate leaders, and businesses from different industries. You will also be expected to keep track of leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
