Role Description

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for our Delhi office. This role demands someone who doesn’t wait for direction, reads a room quickly, and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities. The manager will map new markets, build lead pipelines, craft growth strategies, and pitch directly to decision-makers. Client engagement will be constant, and the job involves guiding internal teams to ensure every deal moves smoothly from lead to close. You’ll also support customer-service-linked initiatives and bring regular progress updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Strong analytical instincts with the ability to read market shifts and spot opportunities before others do.

Clear, confident communication with a natural command of US or British English accents.

Experience in lead generation, client handling, and relationship building.

A track record of closing deals or a strong natural inclination toward sales and negotiation.

Smart, bold, action-oriented personality. Someone who shows up ready to move, not wait.

Self-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Final-year students with exceptional capability may also be considered.

Valid passport is mandatory.
