Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager at our Noida office. The role centers on driving growth: identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing partnerships that support revenue goals. Day-to-day work spans market research, lead generation, preparing and delivering strong sales presentations, contract negotiation, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to keep sales strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure client expectations are met consistently.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of market research, lead generation, and business strategy

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

• Familiarity with marketing practices, sales funnels, and client engagement

• Project-planning and problem-solving experience in sales or business development

• Event planning and management experience is a strong plus, especially for client-focused campaigns and partnerships

• Target-driven mindset with a record of meeting revenue goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management is preferred

• Working knowledge of CRM tools and general business software is an advantage
