Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls with a polished US or UK accent.

Speak with customers in a calm, personable way that builds trust quickly.

Share product or service information without sounding scripted.

Record call details, track follow-ups, and keep the CRM clean.

Meet daily and weekly call targets without sacrificing call quality.

Flag customer concerns or unusual feedback so the team can act on it.

Coordinate with sales or support teams when a lead needs more attention.

Requirements

Clear US or British accent that holds up over long calls.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with senior professionals.

Comfort with night shifts or US/UK time zones.

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales calling is helpful but not mandatory.

Basic familiarity with CRM tools or the ability to learn them quickly.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if the role is remote.

Professional attitude, patience, and the ability to stay composed when calls get tough.
