Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team.
Follow up on meetings conducted by the field sales team and update status accordingly.
Maintain accurate data and records of leads, calls, and customer interactions.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries.
Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in tele-sales, lead generation, or sales coordination is preferred.
Ability to maintain organized records and multitask efficiently.
Proactive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
