Job Description

We are hiring a highly motivated and articulate Female Telecaller to join our customer engagement team. This role is crucial for connecting with our Tamil-speaking clientele, generating leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and a persuasive, customer-centric approach.

Core Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling (Tamil): Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers across Tamil Nadu and other Tamil-speaking regions.
  • Product Explanation: Clearly and persuasively explain our products/services to the customer in fluent and engaging Tamil.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs, recording key data, and scheduling appointments/follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Inbound Inquiry Handling: Professionally handle incoming calls (in Tamil/English) from customers, addressing their queries, providing information, and resolving basic issues promptly.
  • Data Management: Accurately maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or lead sheets with detailed and timely records of all calls and customer interactions.
  • Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and sales conversion targets.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of courtesy, professionalism, and patience during all telephonic communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Feedback Reporting: Record and report customer feedback, market information, and unsuccessful sales methods to the management team for strategy improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Fluent in spoken Tamil (clear diction, and polite tone is essential). Working knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience (6 months to 2 years) in a Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service role is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, excellent telephone etiquette, and resilience to handle objections or rejections.
  • Technical: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Gender: Only Female candidates are invited to apply for this specific process.
