Job Summary

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to local businesses, shops, and professionals.
• Explain Webuncles services (Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Pre-built Websites).
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable plans/services.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings/online demos for the sales team.
• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Handle basic inbound inquiries related to website or marketing services.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.
• Build a strong relationship with potential clients to increase conversions.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
• Confident and clear speaking voice.
• Ability to convince and handle client queries.
• Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing (training will be provided).
• Good with follow-ups and maintaining data.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, phone calling tools, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
