We are now expanding our local presence and want to connect with small businesses, showrooms, shops, startups, and professionals in our area. Job Summary We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound calls, introduce Webuncles services, generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with potential clients. The goal is to increase our local client base and build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to local businesses, shops, and professionals. Explain Webuncles services (Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Pre-built Websites). Identify customer needs and suggest suitable plans/services. Generate leads and schedule meetings/online demos for the sales team. Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel. Handle basic inbound inquiries related to website or marketing services. Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets. Build a strong relationship with potential clients to increase conversions. Required Skills Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English). Confident and clear speaking voice. Ability to convince and handle client queries. Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing (training will be provided). Good with follow-ups and maintaining data. Target-driven and self-motivated attitude. Knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, phone calling tools, etc. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
