Vacancies: 3 Telecaller Positions

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Make inbound and outbound calls to customers

•⁠ ⁠Explain company services and answer customer queries

•⁠ ⁠Fix appointments and make regular follow-up calls

•⁠ ⁠Maintain customer records in CRM/software

•⁠ ⁠prepare daily calling reports

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with customers politely and professionally

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati (Basic English acceptable)

•⁠ ⁠Telecalling or customer service experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

•⁠ ⁠Confident, polite, and good at convincing customers

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge

Salary: 10,000 to 20,000 (Salary + Incentive)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
