Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Sales Leader to drive global growth for QKS Group’s research and advisory business. The role involves building and expanding relationships with international clients (primarily in the US and Europe), driving revenue growth across our subscription, advisory, and custom research offerings, and working closely with practice leaders to align solutions with client needs.

This is a strategic leadership position for professionals who have sold research, advisory, or SaaS-based insights solutions to global technology vendors, service providers, or enterprise clients, ideally with experience in firms such as Everest Group, ISG, IDC, or Frost & Sullivan, or global IT services firms (Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant), selling to US and European enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global sales and business development for QKS Group’s research, subscription, and advisory services across US and European markets.
  • Drive new client acquisition and account expansion across technology vendors, service providers, and enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market and account development plans, in alignment with QKS practice leaders and marketing teams.
  • Build and manage strong CXO-level relationships across global accounts to position QKS as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with Practice and Analyst Leaders to co-create client-centric proposals, research engagements, and custom deliverables.
  • Represent QKS Group in global client meetings, virtual briefings, and industry events to strengthen visibility and brand recognition.
  • Maintain a structured sales process and pipeline discipline, using CRM systems to manage forecasting and reporting.


Key Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall experience, with a strong record of B2B sales to global clients (US and Europe).
  • Proven experience in selling research, advisory, or SaaS-based services, preferably within firms like Everest Group, ISG, IDC, or Frost & Sullivan, or global IT services firms (Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant), selling to US and European enterprise clients..
  • Deep understanding of research and advisory sales cycles, including subscription models, analyst access programs, and custom engagements.
  • Strong network among technology vendors, service providers, and enterprise decision-makers in target markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with executive-level clients.
  • Experience in managing global sales teams or regional P&L will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
