Job Description: We are looking for an experienced (1–2 years) Graphic Designer for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate should be highly creative and detail-oriented and have a passion for innovative designs. He/she should be well-versed in the modern concepts of graphic designing and the software/tools to strategically use text and images to effectively communicate information and ideas. He/she should be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas. Location: Pune (ONSITE) Responsibilities: Create compelling infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information. Develop insight presentations for analyst and client-facing reports. Design layouts for research reports, including market intelligence studies, strategy papers, and whitepapers. Develop concepts, illustrations, graphics and layouts for designing articles/contents, e-newsletters, birthday banners, promotion materials and web content. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Develop & design digital campaigns for website, email marketing, social media and other promotional platforms. Partner with marketing team members to develop suitable design concepts and options as per requirements. Design print and digital materials such as flyers, posters, banners, logos, web graphics, social media graphics, and other marketing collaterals. Requirements: Degree in Graphic Designing / Fine Arts or related fields Proven experience in graphic design in media or agencies, with exposure to designing for website content Excellent IT skills, especially with advanced design and image editing software/tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Dreamweaver, and PowerPoint. Creative thinking with accuracy & attention to detail and a strong ability to translate requirements into design A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skill Show more Show less
