We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Ensure CRM tools and sales processes are effectively utilized by the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Deep understanding of [insert relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, B2B services].
