Job Title:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor ASMs to achieve regional sales targets at Bangalore
Develop and implement dealer and territory-wise growth plans
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide strategy
Strengthen dealer relationships and resolve escalations
Present consolidated sales reports and insights to senior management
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support regional initiatives

Requirements:

Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred
6 - 7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in medical devices, hearing aids, or FMCG
Strong leadership, reporting, and strategic planning skills
Willingness to travel.
