Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives to position our SaaS based ERP Solution (Inclusive of the modules - Finance & Accounting, Inventory management, Asset, HRMS & Payroll, CRM & Projects) and drive revenue growth across private organisation (IT Companies, MSMEs, Startups, Service Agencies)

You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from acquiring new corporate clients, managing the sales pipeline from lead to close, and demonstrating how iProfit drives operational efficiency for growing businesses in line with defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1) New Business Acquisition

a) Identify and prospect private sector clients (IT Companies, MSMEs, Startups, Service Agencies)

b) Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

c) Drive new client acquisition to achieve assigned sales targets

d) Contribute directly to revenue growth through new business wins

2) Consultative Selling

a) Conduct high-impact, consultative product demonstrations

b) Understand client business challenges and position ERP solutions accordingly

c) Support conversion targets through value-based selling

d) Enable revenue generation by aligning solutions to customer needs

3) Deal Closing

a) Negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients

b) Handle objections and address commercial concerns effectively

c) Close subscription-based software deals to meet assigned targets

d) Own and deliver committed revenue from closed deals

4) Market Strategy

a) Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market movements

b) Analyze market trends to refine sales pitch and proposal strategies

c) Support sales planning and positioning efforts

d) Provide inputs to improve revenue realization and market penetration

5) Client Success

a) Ensure smooth onboarding and handover for new clients

b) Build long-term relationships with customers

c) Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

d) Drive recurring and incremental revenue through existing accounts

6) Revenue Ownership

a) Own end-to-end revenue responsibility for assigned accounts and territories

b) Drive revenue performance in line with business targets and growth plans

c) Forecast revenue accurately and manage the sales pipeline to ensure predictability

d) Collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue realization and customer lifetime value
