As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will involve recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing Agency Managers/Advisors. You will be responsible for driving business targets through team activation and continuous mentoring. Building a strong sales culture, ensuring productivity, and retention will be key aspects of your job. Conducting field visits, joint calls, and strategy planning for business growth are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead from the front as a senior agency channel leader. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, manage & develop high-performing Agency Managers / Advisors. - Drive business targets through team activation & continuous mentoring. - Build a strong sales culture, ensure productivity & retention. - Conduct field visits, joint calls & strategy planning for business growth. - Lead from the front as a senior agency channel leader. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BFSI Sales. - Graduate/MBA preferred.
