You will play a crucial role as a Senior Sales Manager at Farms2Families, where your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, managing key accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives and revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B collaborations for customer base expansion. - Lead and guide the sales team, offering training and motivation to achieve sales goals. - Establish and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, institutional buyers, and other stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. - Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance analysis for consistent growth. - Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand positioning and customer requirements. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, feedback, and post-sales support. - Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, performance metrics, and growth strategies to senior management. **Key Requirements:** - Graduation is a minimum education qualification; a Masters degree is preferred. - 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar leadership roles. - Proven track record as a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Head, or in similar leadership capacities. - Strong background in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in agriculture, food, FMCG, or retail sectors. - Excellent negotiation skills, communication abilities, and relationship management expertise. - Proficiency in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and implementing impactful sales strategies. - Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. - Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset. - Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting software. - Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
