The Solar Project Engineer will play a critical role in the successful design, execution, and delivery of solar projects. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of solar power solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Plant Layouts: Design detailed plant layouts, perform shadow analysis, and finalize electrical system designs. 2. Project Execution: Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout. 3. Resource Management: Effectively manage and coordinate resources, including human resources, materials, and equipment, to ensure project milestones are met on time. 4. Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, consultants, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations. 5. Material Delivery & Logistics: Oversee material procurement, plan delivery schedules, and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery and efficient site operations. 6. Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, submit final documentation, and offer after-sales support to clients. Provide ongoing maintenance services as required. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum 4 years of experience in solar power project management. 3. Solid understanding of solar power system design, installation, and relevant industry standards. 4. Knowledge of local regulations, industry best practices, and safety standards in solar installations. 5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team environments. 8.
