Role Overview:

Senior Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Identify potential clients, build relationships, and secure long-term contracts for solar solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation:

    Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, design, and project management teams to deliver successful solar solutions to clients.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of solar energy systems and market dynamics.
  • Skills:
