Now, as we scale, we’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who is data-obsessed, results-driven, and ready to push the boundaries of digital real estate marketing. What You’ll Do Strategize, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels like Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Drive and scale lead generation with ROI-focused campaigns aligned with business goals and sales teams. Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative experimentation, and bid strategy adjustments. Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including creative, sales, and CRM teams, to ensure funnel alignment and campaign synergy. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, in-house CRMs, and ad platforms to pinpoint performance gaps and optimize conversion flows. Deliver monthly and campaign-wise reports, identifying areas of opportunity and scaling strategies that work. What Sets You Apart 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate or with a digital marketing mandate agency managing multiple real estate clients. Strong command of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads with a proven track record of managing high-volume campaigns. A deep understanding of customer journeys, attribution models, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. Strong grip on analytics and modeling tools; capable of identifying patterns and deriving business decisions from data. Experience with CRM tools and integration into marketing funnels to ensure lead nurturing and quality. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex performance metrics into simple, actionable insights. Creative mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and test new approaches. Qualifications Prior exposure to real estate lead funnels, regional audience behavior, and high-ticket value campaign cycles is highly preferred.
