📢 Hiring: Design Engineer – Solar Projects

Role Overview:

Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Site analysis, feasibility study, and power evacuation system analysis
Solar resource assessment, generation estimation, shadow analysis, plant layout design
Electrical design: DC/AC system, inverter & transformer selection, cable sizing, substation design
Prepare DPR, BoM, costing sheets, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with IEC, BIS, IS standards and conduct site/factory acceptance testing
Lead and supervise the Design & Engineering team
Coordinate with clients, consultants, procurement, and internal teams
Implement design optimization and innovative solutions

Skills & Requirements:

Experience:
5-6 years in Solar EPC/Consultancy, handling ≥10 MWp ground-mounted and ≥1 MWp rooftop projects independently
Software:
PV simulation tools, AutoCAD (2D/3D), Google Sketch, MS Office
Knowledge:
Electrical safety norms, plant layout, equipment layout, cable sizing, technical documentation
