We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC Projects

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our Solar EPC Project Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client accounts, leading a high-performing sales team, and closing large-scale solar EPC contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve EPC solar project targets

·  Identify and acquire commercial and industrial clients

·  Lead the end-to-end sales process including proposals, negotiations, and deal closures

·  Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

·  Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve performance excellence

Requirements:

· 10+ years of experience in Solar EPC project sales

·  Proven track record of successfully closing large EPC projects

·  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

·  Deep understanding of the solar EPC market, industry trends, and relevant policies

·  Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
