Job Description

You will be working at EstateMint, a leading Real Estate Consulting company in Pune, dedicated to simplifying the home buying process for customers. The company has developed advanced technology platforms and research tools to provide extensive knowledge in the real estate field and empower customers to make informed decisions. **Responsibilities:** - Assist customers with organization, project, and product details; offer insights, USPs, and specifications of the designated project. - Help customers shortlist inventory available in the project. - Support customers during site visits, analyze and recommend the project to them. - Assist customers in finalizing and negotiating apartments. - Consult customers on different financing options and devise custom solutions best suited for their portfolios. - Build relationships with channel partners and assist their customers. - Ensure complete customer service through documentation, follow-ups, and coordination. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. - Lead and manage the sales team, provide training, monitor performance, and assist in closing deals. - Set overall team and individual targets aligned with the company's objectives. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring resources are effectively used to achieve sales targets. - Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. - Participate in negotiations for high-value or complex deals, offering guidance to the sales team as needed. - Evaluate the sales team's performance against targets and provide constructive feedback for improvement. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining quality service delivery. - Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. - Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to identify potential business opportunities. - Stay updated on the latest technological tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity. - Generate regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends for the senior management team. **Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:** - Immediate joining - Full-time job type - Experience: 3 to 5 years - Qualification: MBA (Marketing) and Graduate - Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and Marathi (compulsory) - Work location: In person - Application Deadline: 25/02/2025 You will be working at EstateMint, a leading Real Estate Consulting company in Pune, dedicated to simplifying the home buying process for customers.
