Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Farms2Families, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality, fresh, and India's first ACF (Authentic Chemical-Free) vegetables directly to consumers, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales operations. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B collaborations to expand the customer base. - Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, institutional buyers, and other stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. - Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure consistent growth. - Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term business relationships. - Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand positioning and customer needs. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, feedback, and post-sales support efficiently. - Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and growth strategies to senior management. **Key Requirements:** - Minimum education qualification: Graduation is required; a Masters degree is preferable. - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar leadership role. - Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Head, or similar leadership role. - Strong background in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the agriculture, food, FMCG, or retail sector. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies. - Experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team. - Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting software. - Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
