Responsible for onsite sampling and testing of all products as per Technical standards and clients requirements. Responsible for visiting on going sites for Product demos and Training. Responsible for documentation of all products as per standard specifications. Knowledge of Testing of all Building products and Specifications related to dry mix industry. On site trouble shooting and problem solving as per client satisfaction. Coordinating with Sales team for Client queries for various products. Supervise and guide production staff on quality standards and procedures. Maintain strong communication with customer QA/QC representatives. Willingness to travel. Product training to Mason and Retail shop counters. Coordinating & supporting R & D team for Product innovations and upgradation
