Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Mumbai , Sambhajinagar, Kolhapur, Satara Region .

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.Sekking people from Tile adhesive , Tiles, Construction chemicals, Material Construction , Architecture Base background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients including builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retail dealers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and area sales managers
• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments for growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and channel partners
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to optimize positioning
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and feedback
• Ensure timely reporting and CRM updates by the sales team
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking
