Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager at Closeloop Technologies based in Mohali Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving our sales efforts. With 5-8 years of experience in IT services sales, B2B sales, or enterprise sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Your strong understanding of software development, cloud solutions, AI services, CRM & ERP projects, digital transformation, and IT consulting will be essential in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals. You will lead, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure they meet targets and develop professionally. By conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tailor solutions and enhance customer engagement effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills along with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting will be beneficial. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment, will drive your success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
