Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager – B2B (Apple Business) will be responsible for driving Apple product sellout performance across selected premium dealer stores within Ernakulam, Kottayam, and Idukki districts. The role focuses on managing store-level operations, leading 25 Apple promoters, ensuring superior brand experience, and achieving monthly sellout targets through effective training, motivation, and in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sellout Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sellout targets for Apple products across assigned stores.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of category-wise targets (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, Accessories).
  • Coordinate with dealers and store managers to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through promoters.

2. Promoter Performance & Team Management

  • Manage, guide, and monitor 35 Apple promoters placed across selected stores.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, motivation sessions, and on-floor sales coaching.
  • Implement Apple’s standard sales and customer engagement practices at every outlet.
  • Ensure promoters follow display norms, demo readiness, and brand guidelines.

3. Training & Development

  • Conduct regular product training, sales skill workshops, and new launch briefings for promoters.
  • Collaborate with Apple’s training team for advanced sales techniques and product updates.
  • Identify low-performing promoters and create targeted improvement plans.

4. Store-Level Relationship Management

  • Build strong working relationships with store managers, dealer owners, and retail teams.
  • Support dealers in improving store-level conversions and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing and brand visibility activities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure premium Apple brand experience.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain and share daily/weekly/monthly sellout reports and performance dashboards.
  • Track promoter attendance, sales productivity, and performance trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for market improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Apple product line and retail dynamics.
  • Proven experience in sellout-driven roles and promoter team management.
  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with good command of Excel, MIS reports, and CRM tools.
  • Hands-on experience in retail execution and dealer coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in B2B or retail sales (preferably handling Apple or premium tech brands).
  • Location Coverage: Ernakulam, Kottayam, and Idukki districts.
  • Driving License: Mandatory (frequent travel required).
