Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers (SMEs, enterprises, e-commerce, and corporates) through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their requirements, and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Promote and pitch services such as FTL, PTL, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and multimodal transport via our aggregator platform.
Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with internal operations and support teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management for strategic decisions.
Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) by implementing effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools; prepare and present regular sales reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales/business development; exposure to logistics, supply chain, courier, or aggregator platforms is preferred.
Strong knowledge of freight, transport, and logistics operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with a customer-centric approach.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
