Your Mission as a Senior SDR

  • Pipeline Ownership:

    Identify, research, and engage high-value prospects across key market segments
  • Strategic Outreach:

    Lead outbound efforts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based strategies
  • Lead Qualification Excellence:

    Qualify prospects based on ICP, business needs, decision authority, and timelines
  • Sales Enablement Partner:

    Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine pitches, messaging, and GTM strategies
  • Market Intelligence:

    Track industry trends, competitor movements, and customer insights
  • Team Leadership:

    Mentor junior SDRs and share best practices


You’re a Strong Fit If You…

  • Have

    3–6 years

    of experience in Sales Development or Business Development
  • Excel at consultative conversations and value-driven selling
  • Are data-driven, target-oriented, and KPI-focused
  • Thrive in fast-paced start-up environments with high ownership
  • Have strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
