Senior Sales Coordinator

We are into manufacturing of Partition Cleanroom panel and Fire Doors.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial insights to support business decisions.

Position Overview :

The Senior Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing client communications, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. This role requires leadership, problem-solving ability, and prior experience in handling sales coordination independently.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage day-to-day sales coordination activities.

Supervise and mentor junior sales coordinators.

Manage client communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, agreements, and invoices.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order fulfillment.

Maintain updated sales records.

Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and client requirements.

Assist management in forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analysis.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
