Senior Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at our Manufacturing/Automation company in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Pan India sales operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and internal teams for projects related to window automation, imported spare parts, and home automation solutions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or automation sector. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, along with excellent communication and coordination skills. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating sales orders and customer requirements nationwide, supporting the sales team with scheduling and quotations, managing customer communication, and processing orders for imported spare parts. Additionally, you will maintain sales data in CRM or Excel sheets, collaborate with logistics and production teams for smooth execution, and prepare sales reports and performance dashboards for management review. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires your presence in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
