Senior Sales Coordinator

As a Senior Sales Coordinator, you will be required to have experience in handling International calls and customers effectively. Your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and processes to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure the timely execution of sales orders. Your well-organized and responsible nature, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will be essential in adequately coordinating across various departments. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support. Your tasks will also include the maintenance of sales databases, CRM systems, and documentation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
