Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Placement

• Identify and pre-screen skilled candidates for Australian and Canadian employers.
• Match job openings with suitable talent across sectors (Healthcare, Construction, Education, Hospitality, Trades, etc.).

Business Development

• Secure job orders by building and maintaining relationships with employers and industry partners
• Prospect and pitch The Placement Valleys placement solutions to companies seeking skilled or sponsored staff.
• Conduct employer needs analysis and tailor placement solutions.
• Represent The Placement Valley in online and offline business forums.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years experience in recruitment, staffing, immigration or B2B sales, ideally across Australia, Canada or Europe.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Confident with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CloudTalk, and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and comfortable working independently with global teams.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to coordinate between Australian, Canadian, and offshore time zones.
