Role Description

This is a full-time Remote/On-site position for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates for International locations based on client requirements, consulting with clients to understand their hiring and workforce needs, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with candidates and clients. The Senior Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment framework and strategic approaches.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graduate Recruitment and International Recruitment into Non-IT Industries, with an emphasis on attracting and retaining top talent
  • Proven experience in Consulting and managing client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in conducting Interviews and assessing candidates to match client requirements
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and labor market dynamics is a plus
