Job Description

About the Role:

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (60%)

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various business functions sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with business heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring within defined SLAs.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus, etc.) to attract quality talent.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership review.
Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

HR Operations & Business Partnering (40%)

Support onboarding and induction of new hires and ensure smooth assimilation.
Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.
Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
Partner with line managers to address people-related matters and support retention strategies.
Handle basic performance management, attendance, and payroll coordination activities.
Provide data and insights for HR analytics, audits, and reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Experience working in fast-paced environments such as BPO, ITES, or service industries preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and applicant tracking systems.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional with multitasking ability.
