Job Postings: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information. Onboarding Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of onboarding materials for new hires. Database Management: Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
